Cynario launches automated client review tool for brokers

AI fintech Cynario has launched a new feature that automates the client review process into an automatic pipeline for social media and branded content.

Cynario Reviews allows brokers to send clients a single link from within the Cynario’s broker platform, where they can submit either a written review or a short voice message without downloading an app or logging in.

The review is then automatically delivered back to the broker’s Cynario account, where the platform generates branded social media posts featuring the broker’s logo, profile image, and brand colours.

The content can be prepared for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile, with brokers able to publish or schedule the posts.

Repurposing existing reviews

The feature also allows brokers who already have an established presence on Google Reviews to import their existing reviews into Cynario.

Those reviews can then be repurposed into content for the broker’s other social media channels without requiring any further action from the client.

Cynario said feedback from brokers had identified the review and testimonial process as a time-intensive and fragmented part of running a brokerage, which involves asking clients for reviews, reformatting content for different platforms, maintaining consistent branding, and finding time to post regularly.

It said that the new platform was designed to bring those steps into a single workflow, allowing brokers to collect reviews and turn them into social media content without having to manage each stage manually.

Cynario CEO and co-founder Michael Richardson said traditional client referrals remained an important part of a broker’s business, but social proof needed to be visible across the channels where prospective clients were looking.

“Word of mouth has always been the lifeblood of a broker’s business and in the digital age, that social proof needs to show up consistently across every channel where a prospective client might be looking,” Richardson said.

“The problem is that turning client reviews into branded social content has always required time brokers simply don’t have. Cynario Reviews changes that. With one link and one click, brokers can now capture a review, build branded content, and publish across their social channels.”

AI tools gain momentum

This is not the first AI-powered tool that Cynario has brought to market this year, with the fintech announcing the launch of two new tools at this year’s Broker Innovation Summit.

The first of these tools, Cynario Agentic, analyses lender real-time policy data to help brokers navigate lender requirements more effectively.

Cynario said the tool can communicate and reason with more than 38 lenders simultaneously, identifying potential policy conflicts, exceptions, and lending scenarios before providing guidance to brokers across desktop, mobile, and email.

Meanwhile, Content Automation focuses on marketing.

The feature allows brokers to create, personalise, schedule, and automatically publish marketing content up to three months in advance across five different platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, and WordPress.
