Following a SOLD OUT Sydney event, our inaugural Broker Innovation Summit is coming to Melbourne.
Tech, Digitisation & AI continue to dominate the news headlines — but for brokers, the real question is: What does all this mean for my business?
That was why we created the Broker Innovation Summit — a sharp, one-day event designed for forward-thinking brokers who were ready to embrace what was next and put it into action.
This wasn’t another day of “talking heads.” It was about real tools, real strategies, and real conversations that demonstrated how to cut down admin time, attract more clients, and build a brokerage capable of catering to changing customer behaviours.
We broke down where AI and automation were headed, how overseas brokers were already putting them to work, and how they could be applied immediately — from streamlining client onboarding to scaling smarter and driving more efficient growth.
What made this event different?
It was the only Australian mortgage and finance event 100% focused on innovation, technology, and AI.
Attendees heard from high-profile speakers in tech, along with global insights from leading US mortgage professionals.
They gained practical steps — whether they were experimenting with AI or just starting out.
We also explored the rise of agentic AI — systems that act autonomously on your behalf — and what that meant for the evolution of brokering.
For almost a decade, the Adviser’s New Broker Academy has effectively guided new-to-industry and prospective brokers through their first three years of business.
Every year, we sharpen our strategies with the latest industry intelligence and tools, equipping attendees with the definitive blueprint for success as a broker in Australia.
The academy is back in session in 2025 with dedicated discussions on:
Nailing lead generation and digital strategy.
Building growth and diversification.
Cementing referral partnerships that last.
Fine-tuning business strategy and processes.
Embracing technology for efficiency.
The New Broker Academy is unrivalled as a day of connection, learning, and inspiration. This is an amazing opportunity to hear firsthand insights from some of Australia’s elite brokers while being exposed to a diverse range of industry mentors, educators, and lenders.
Attending the academy costs nothing but your time. Spend your time wisely in 2025 and register now to discover the key to building a successful brokerage.

Attendees dined against the backdrop of one of Sydney’s most striking locations and felt empowered by the company they kept and the people they met.
This event came to life when attendees of the Women in Finance Summit asked us for more opportunities to network with like-minded individuals. We listened and created an environment for forging partnerships and strengthening existing bonds with the brightest minds in finance.
At this unique event, camaraderie and connectivity took centre stage. But it wasn’t just about networking—it became a growing movement of dedicated professionals who aspired to lead and champion transformative change in finance. Each year, we invited a keynote speaker whose lived experiences were chosen to fuel this movement.
In 2025, that speaker was none other than two-time world champion and four-time Commonwealth champion Jana Pittman.
Jana’s achievements as an athlete were widely known. When continual injuries led to retirement, she boldly transitioned from the track to the ice, becoming the first Australian female to compete in both the Summer and Winter Olympic Games. At the time, Jana was an obstetrics and gynaecology registrar, an ambassador for the Australian Cervical Cancer Foundation, and a mother of six. Her exclusive keynote address resonated deeply and inspired all in attendance.
We were proud to host this premium event on Friday, 2 May in Sydney.
The Women in Finance Lunch will return in 2026. Register your interest today to be the first to know when tickets go on sale.
