Cynario launches AI marketing assistant for brokers

Australian fintech Cynario has launched Alex Gen2, a new AI-powered marketing assistant designed to help mortgage brokers create, distribute, and manage digital communications across multiple channels.

The platform enables brokers to connect social media accounts, Outlook, and WordPress into a single system, allowing them to generate and publish branded content directly.

According to Cynario, Alex Gen2 can deliver tailored content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and broker blogs, producing both short-form posts and long-form articles from a single command.

Brokers can upload their logos, colour schemes, and profile images so content reflects their brand identity, whether operating under a franchise, aggregator, or independent brand.

Unlike generic AI tools, the platform draws on Cynario’s proprietary lender policy data covering more than 35 lenders, helping brokers generate compliant content that reflects current lending insights and opportunities.

Cynario said the tool aims to give brokers more control over their marketing by integrating brand consistency, automation, and lender data into one centralised system.

It comes months after the platform announced a slew of new offerings for lenders and aggregators to “deliver better outcomes, faster.”

The advanced solutions include:

  • Cynario BDM Assist: An industry-first email-based AI assistant that allows brokers to receive fast, accurate, lender-specific policy guidance directly to their inbox within 60 seconds, 24/7.
