Fact Find, which is available to Quickli Pro users from today (22 September), uses AI to detect and organise uploaded documents, extract and analyse income information, search lender policy requirements, and check lender service level agreements (SLAs).
The platform then uses the information collected to generate loan scenarios and produce loan submission notes, with Quickli saying the process can be completed in minutes rather than the hours of manual work that has traditionally been required.
The launch marks the latest expansion of Quickli’s technology platform, which has developed from a serviceability calculator into a broader suite of tools for mortgage brokers. It forms the first announcement in a special week of announcements and launches for fintech.
To support the rollout, Quickli has also enhanced its AI credit analyst Jiffi AI with a dedicated mobile app, enabling brokers to access real-time policy research and scenario analysis out of hours. Doc Handler now analyses self-employed financials, including tax returns and business documents, extracting income in under a minute and flowing directly into loan notes with zero manual calculation.
Quickli co-founder and co-CEO Eric Dill said the first version of Fact Find had been deliberately focused on getting the fundamentals of the process right for the broker.
“We’ve spent months stress-testing Fact Find with brokers, incorporating their feedback at every stage. Rather than ship a polished product in isolation, our style is to bring brokers along the journey, ensuring their needs shape the outcome,” Dill said.
“Fact Find represents the culmination of everything we’ve built with Jiffi AI and Doc Renamer. In version one, we focused on nailing the fundamentals first; seamless data flow from intake to scenario, client experience that works, and making it easy for brokers to share.”
From a calculator to a suite of tools
With more than half of Australia’s mortgage brokers now using Quickli, the fintech has continued to expand its platform with tools designed to address different parts of the broker workflow.
In June 2025, the company launched its networking platform, Community, before unveiling an SMSF serviceability calculator in August.
Quickli then launched its subscription-based Quickli Pro tier in February 2026, building on its core platform with two new AI-powered tools.
Jiffi AI, the platform’s inbuilt AI policy and product research tool, provides instant answers across 45 lenders, while Doc Renamer automatically detects and renames client documents at scale.
Other additions include:
- Alt doc/specialist tool: Uses a policy-driven rules engine to automatically surface suitable lenders based on a client’s Australian business number history, documentation type, business activity statement history, and credit profile, helping brokers identify viable specialist lending options.
- Custom branding tools: Allows businesses to integrate their company identity throughout the Quickli interface.
- Organisation-level analytics: Insights into performance, deal pipeline, and conversion rates.
