Lendi launches automation platform to drive efficiency

Lendi Group has unveiled its new Oracle platform, designed to automate lender calculator entries and save brokers up to a day each month.

The system allows Aussie and Lendi brokers to generate a pre-filled servicing calculator in about three seconds, boosting accuracy and making lender comparisons faster.

By removing the need to re-enter data, Oracle streamlines workflows and improves efficiency, the group said. The platform pulls from a customer’s saved scenario and simultaneously completes multiple lender calculators.

Lendi confirmed Oracle is already integrated with major lenders, including Westpac, Macquarie, HSBC, Bankwest, Commonwealth Bank, Aussie Select, Aussie Elevate, St.George, Bank of Melbourne, and BankSA.

“Oracle is an absolute game changer. Like all brokers, previously I would spend about 15 minutes per application on lender calculator entry – let alone follow ups,” Aussie Mobile broker Whitlam Malkoun said.

“In some instances, we would run two or three different lender calcs. With Oracle, I spend about three minutes in total, and it returns calcs for the majority of the lenders on our panel, live, as I key in the data required. Twenty-six plus lenders inside 3 minutes! What else can I say?!”

Lendi Group’s chief product officer Travis Tyler said Oracle builds on the group’s earlier Sandbox platform, which was designed with brokers to help them work smarter and build customer trust.

“Oracle is a natural extension of this and takes away a massive pain point for brokers while putting more time back in their calendars so they can focus on writing more deals,” he said.

“This is about technology doing the heavy lifting, so brokers can focus on people.”
