Broker Innovation Awards unveils winners

Members of the mortgage distribution channel gathered tonight (Wednesday, 25 June) at the Four Seasons Sydney to celebrate excellence at the Broker Innovation Awards.

Broker Daily and principal partner Resimac are pleased to announce that a total of 21 winners have been selected from the 137 finalists in the prestigious awards program.

There were 20 categories on offer, including 11 group and nine individual categories, with the Editor’s Choice Excellence Award also on offer.

This year, the coveted Editor’s Choice Excellence Award was given to Eugene Lee of LoanOptions.ai. He was a finalist in the Innovator of the Year – Commercial Finance Broker and the Asset Finance Broker categories.

Other individual winners included representatives from Cherry Lending & Finance, Brokerly, Realise Home Loans, Hamer Asset Finance, and Panache Financial.

Companies walking away with trophies in the group category included Commonwealth Bank, Bankwest, Mortgage Choice, Loan Market, Great Southern Bank, and The Money Collective.

Australian satirist, comedian, writer, and actor Mark Humphries assumed emcee duties and provided laughter and entertainment throughout the evening.

Being named a finalist in the Broker Innovation Awards provides recipients with national recognition for their contribution throughout the year. Winners have the potential to capitalise on the exposure of the awards program to accelerate their career progression.

The awards ceremony will also provide the unique opportunity to network with industry leaders, peers, and the industry’s rising stars.

The Broker Innovation Awards sets the benchmark for excellence in the booming third-party channel sector.
