Cynario is a platform that leverages AI to grant mortgage brokers access to policies from over 30 lenders.
After launching in May, the company’s AI residential policy specialist Charli has recorded more than 10,000 chats with brokers, helping guide them through policy-related issues.
Now, Cynario has announced a slew of new AI-powered solutions, available now for lender and aggregator integration.
There are reportedly three lenders in the final stages of piloting the solutions internally.
Michael Richardson, CEO and co-founder of Cynario, said the latest offering allows lenders and aggregators to “deliver real-time policy guidance, unlock actionable insights, and elevate the broker experience in ways that were previously impossible.”
The advanced solutions include:
- Cynario Pulse: A brand-customised chat interface directly integrated into a lender’s broker portal or aggregator CRM, delivering instant, lender-specific policy guidance to their broker network in seconds.
- Cynario Edge: A secure BDM environment that gives lender teams instant access to advanced policy intelligence, dramatically reducing response times and enabling smarter broker support.
- Cynario BDM Assist: An industry-first email-based AI assistant that allows brokers to receive fast, accurate, lender-specific policy guidance directly to their inbox within 60 seconds, 24/7.
Beyond enhancing service delivery, Cynario provides White Label API Integration, giving lenders and aggregators deep insights into broker search behaviour and engagement trends.
This enables them to pinpoint key pain points, inform product development, and better support their broker networks proactively.
An exciting feature of the solution is the ability for brokers to email Charli a question about lender policy directly from their inbox and receive a response within 60 seconds.
This removes the need for downloading apps and wasting time logging into a platform.
The four key focus points of the platform are transparency, accuracy, security, and performance.
Richardson said the positive engagement from lenders and brokers reinforces his belief that AI will play a key role in transforming lender operations and broker interactions.
Cynario doesn’t just offer a research tool. “It’s intelligent infrastructure,” he said.
“We’re building technology that serves the entire ecosystem… helping lenders and aggregators future-proof their operations while empowering brokers to deliver better outcomes, faster.”
The Cynario platform was piloted by over 200 MoneyQuest brokers earlier in the year.
Other offerings include AI marketing tool Alex, which can assist with client communication, social media posting, blogs, video scripts, and EDM content.
The platform is currently available exclusively for mortgage brokers, but there are future plans to expand into asset finance.
Cynario is in the process of onboarding new lenders to the broker-facing platform.
