Suncorp picks up international award

The non-major lender has been named the best bank in Australia, in recognition of the strength and position of its balance sheet and prudent risk management capabilities.

Suncorp Bank’s head of intermediaries, Steven Degetto, said to receive international recognition was a fantastic way to finish the financial year.

The award will be officially presented to Suncorp at the Euromoney Asia Awards for Excellence dinner in Hong Kong on Thursday.
