The boutique aggregator and the private lender said that the partnership will add an option for brokers dealing with time-sensitive or more complex property-backed transactions, including tight settlements and tax-related funding requirements.
Solomons Capital said it works directly with brokers to assess transactions where timing or complexity may make traditional lending unsuitable.
Money Quest brokers will have direct access to Solomons Capital decision-makers throughout the assessment and approval process, along with conditional approvals and credit guidance where transactions require a fast response.
On announcing the appointment, Solomons Capital said providing clear guidance early in the process was a key part of its approach to working with brokers.
“A broker’s reputation is built on the reliability of every deal they place. Our objective is to provide prompt, transparent and considered credit guidance so brokers can advise their clients with confidence,” a spokesperson for the lender said.
Private credit on panel
The addition of Solomans Capital to Money Quest’s panel comes as a variety of aggregators step up their partnerships with private credit.
Earlier in August, Arc Money joined Purple Circle’s lender panel and was appointed a Purple Education Partner.
In the same week, Finsure expanded its white label offering through a partnership with Australian Secure Capital Fund (ASCF), giving access to bridging finance, first and second mortgages, and short-term business loans.
In commercial lending, non-bank lender BiiGGA joined Viking Aggregation’s commercial lending panel, giving brokers access to the lender’s working capital products for SME clients.
