YBR welcomes new lender to its panel

An up-and-coming private credit provider has been added to the Yellow Brick Road lender panel, offering a quick and flexible option for brokers.

Archer Wealth is the latest lender to be added to the major brokerage and aggregator’s panel.

Specialising in fast, flexible lending solutions, Archer Wealth fills a niche for borrowers who may not fit the mould offered by traditional lenders.

The private lender caters primarily to business owners and developers who are often in need of fast financing to keep operations running smoothly.

A statement from Yellow Brick Road recognised a “growing appetite” for less traditional lenders. Borrowers are becoming far more accepting of non-bank and private lenders as the major bank’s stricter lending policies lock many out.

In just two years, Archer Wealth has increased its settlement volumes from $15 million to nearly $500 million.

The lender’s founder and managing director, Gee Taggar, is proud of how far Archer Wealth has come and this latest achievement is a testament to the hard work his team has put in over the last few years.

“We’ve worked incredibly hard to build a non-bank lender that doesn’t just approve loans but helps people finance their dreams. With this partnership, we’re in an even stronger position to support brokers and borrowers across the country,” Taggar said.

“Our mission is simple: fund good people with good projects. We start with the client’s scenario and design the loan around them, not the other way around. Joining Yellow Brick Road gives us a platform to reach more brokers who need that kind of service.”

Yellow Brick Road executive chairman Mark Bouris said the addition of Archer Wealth to the aggregator’s lender is an important step to filling a gap in the market.

“Their personalised approach to credit, quick settlements and deep understanding of borrower needs makes them a valuable addition to our panel. Their inclusion expands the options available to brokers looking to help clients move quickly on time-sensitive opportunities,” Bouris said.
