Audit AI is the latest addition to the Salestrekker 2.0 AI suite, following the launch of Compliance AI, Translate AI, and Policy AI.
The new tool automatically reviews key components of a loan file when it is submitted and flags issues that may affect quality, accuracy, or lender requirements.
For brokers, Salestrekker said the tool was designed to reduce surprises and rework while helping create a smoother path to approval.
For aggregators, Audit AI provides immediate visibility across broker submissions, allowing them to identify potential issues and support brokers in real time.
“This is the module our aggregator partners have been waiting for,” Salestrekker CEO Dalibor Ivkovic said.
“Audit AI closes the loop. It allows aggregators to support brokers in real time and helps ensure files meet standards before they ever hit a lender’s desk.”
Head of customer success, Heather Gallagher, said the tool provides brokers with a “confidence check” at the point they need it.
“Every day, brokers juggle client demands, lender expectations, and tight turnaround times,” Gallagher said.
“Salestrekker Audit AI gives them a confidence check right when they need it most. And for aggregators, having real-time oversight completely changes how they can coach, support and uplift their network.”
Audit AI is available now within Salestrekker 2.0 and can be activated through approved aggregator partners.
Salestrekker said additional AI modules will continue to roll out throughout 2026 as it expands its AI-powered broker workflow tools.
An all-in-one platform
Having launched in September 2024 following a two-and-a-half-year development program, Salestrekker 2.0 is designed to bring lending, loan origination, and CRM functionality together in a single platform.
According to Salestrekker, the new system combines customer management, loan applications, compliance, and other parts of the lending process, rather than requiring brokers to move between separate systems.
In November 2025, Salestrekker announced the new suite of AI tools, which are now being rolled out across the platform.
More recently, the CRM announced a technology partnership with policy fintech Cynario to enable brokers to access integrated policy research without leaving their client file.
Speaking to Broker Daily, Ivkovic explained his vision for Salestrekker 2.0.
“The idea was to get a new platform that’s a foundation for the future,” he said.
“From a point of functionality but also from a point of technology, so we wanted to opt for technology that’s going to be scalable going down the track.
“A CRM in the past was lodgement, basic compliance and commission processing. The CRM has since become an interactive tool for collaboration with your customers, your clients, your referral partners, to basically get to a further solution, digitalising everything.
“We knew that what we built in 2015 had an age limit, and we wouldn’t be able to grow it further. So we invested a lot of time and money into building 2.0.”
